The portfolio and its artifacts are provided as-is for evaluation. The proof captures, scorecards, and briefs describe real systems and real runs; every number states how it was measured.

Engagements

Client work runs under a written statement of work: fixed scope, fixed price, 50% deposit before work starts, IP transfers on final payment, and requests outside written scope are quoted separately. The SOW — not this page — governs each engagement.

Payments

Engagements are scoped and quoted individually — there is no fixed price list. Fees, payment schedule, and any deposit are set out in the written quote or statement of work you approve before work begins, and are invoiced directly. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started; if the scoping shows I can’t help, you’ll hear it from me first and owe nothing further.

Liability

Liability on any engagement is capped at the fees actually paid for that engagement. Nothing here limits rights you hold under mandatory law.
