This site collects anonymous, privacy-first analytics and whatever you send through the contact form — nothing else. It runs no advertising trackers, no cross-site pixels, and no third-party ad cookies. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. Email hello@sageideas.dev to see or delete anything we hold.
1. Who we are
This site (agency.sageideas.dev) is operated by Sage Ideas LLC ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the information described here. Questions or requests: hello@sageideas.dev.
2. What this site collects
- Anonymous usage analytics — page views and button clicks, aggregated. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting.
- Contact & scope form data — whatever you type: name, email, company, and your message. Nothing more.
- Nothing hidden — no ad cookies, no data brokers, no background trackers. That is the complete list.
3. How it is used
Contact submissions are used only to reply to you and, if we work together, to scope and deliver the engagement. Analytics are used only to understand which pages earn attention so the site can improve. Nothing is sold, rented, shared, or used for advertising — ever.
4. Third-party services
A small number of trusted providers process data strictly to run the site. We name them plainly:
- Vercel — hosting and privacy-first web analytics.
- Resend — delivering contact-form emails to us.
Each processes data only as needed to provide its service, under its own terms. We add no advertising or analytics networks beyond privacy-first pageviews.
5. Cookies
This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any storage is limited to what's essential for the page to function (for example, remembering a language choice or a form draft in your own browser). There is no cookie wall because there is nothing to consent away.
6. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- See what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
- Export it in a portable form, or object to a particular use.
Email hello@sageideas.dev and we action it within 30 days — no forms, no friction.
7. Retention & deletion
We keep contact data only as long as needed to reply and, if relevant, to run our engagement. Ask us to delete it and any record of you is removed within 30 days, except where we must retain something to meet a legal or accounting obligation.
8. Client work & your systems
During an engagement, access to your systems is scoped to the engagement, credentials stay in your systems, code stays in your repos, and nothing is retained after handoff. A one-page data-handling summary is provided before any work starts. See Data & security for the full detail.
9. Children
This is a business site not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes will be made clear rather than buried.
