A menu price is either padded to cover the worst case or a bait number that balloons later. Instead, every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing after a short call — fixed scope, never open-ended hours — so you pay for your specific problem, not a package.

#How to get a real number, fast

1. Start with a free mini-eval or a 15-minute call — both end with a concrete plan.
2. The audit (about a week) produces a prioritized plan and a firm quote for the build, which is credited into the build if you continue.
3. Everything is quoted in writing before work starts, with a 50% deposit on builds.
