Be one of my first named case studies — at a founding rate.
I'm taking on a small number of founding engagements: full-quality AI-evaluation, QA, and automation work at a reduced rate, in exchange for a public, named case study when it's done. You get senior work below market. I get the one thing a new practice can't manufacture — a real client, on the record, with real results.
No bait-and-switch on quality. The work, the rigor, and the deliverables are exactly what a full-price client gets — every number backed by a test you can re-run. The only difference is the price and the deal: you let me tell the story afterward.
The trade, in plain terms
You get
- A full fixed-scope engagement — the eval suite, the CI gate, the automation, or the build, in your repo.
- A founding rate meaningfully below my standard pricing, quoted in writing before any work starts.
- The same proof discipline as any client: golden sets, verifiable scores, a runbook your team owns.
- Priority attention — you're one of a handful, not one of many.
I get
- A public, named case study — your company, the problem, the measured result.
- A short testimonial and permission to use your logo on this site.
- Optionally, a reference call for a future prospect (only if you're glad you did it).
- The right to show the numbers — anonymized only where you need it.
Who this is for
You're shipping — or about to ship — an AI/LLM feature, and you can't yet prove it works. Maybe a customer already found the one thing it gets wrong. Maybe you just need it built right the first time. If any of these sound like you, a founding engagement is a fit:
- 01You have a live or near-live LLM feature (chatbot, RAG assistant, agent, doc-intake) with no evaluation harness behind it.
- 02You need a CI quality gate so a prompt or model change can't silently ship a regression.
- 03You're worried about hallucination, prompt injection, or safety and want an adversarial battery run against your real inputs.
- 04You want an automation or a build done by someone who will prove it works, not hand you a demo and a prayer.
The terms — no fine print
- 1Limited slots. This is a small, deliberate cohort — a handful of engagements, not an open discount.
- 2The case study is the deal. A public, named write-up (your company, the result) is a condition of the founding rate — agreed before we start, drafted together, approved by you before it goes live.
- 3Real work, real quality. Fixed scope, quoted in writing first. If it's not a fit, no charge — same guarantee as every engagement.
- 4Your privacy is respected. Anything genuinely sensitive gets anonymized in the write-up. The story is honest; your secrets stay yours.
- 5No lock-in. After the founding engagement, we work together again only if you want to — at standard rates, with a case study already behind us.
Why I'm doing it this way
Straight answer: my whole brand is "proof, not vibes" — every claim on this site links to a real artifact. The one proof I can't fake is a happy client on the record, and everybody starts with zero. Rather than pad the site with testimonials I don't have, I'd rather do excellent work for a few teams at a founding rate and earn the story honestly. You get a deal; I get a track record. That's the whole trade.
